Arriving soon from Istanbul ,Turkey.  Rich is a handsome guy!  His Turkish foster parents tell us that he's a well-behaved good boy. He goes everywhere with his foster mom, including restaurants and cafes because he loves to be social!  Rich is playful, very friendly, charismatic and a bit silly at times.
