Just arrived from Istanbul, Turkey...Noel was found while trying to survive alone in some rural woods in Turkey. He had previously been in a shelter, but due to overcrowding, his ear was tagged and then he was dumped in the woods to fend for himself. Luckily, a caring animal advocate spotted him and asked Kyra's Rescue for help.
Noel is a masculine French name meaning "Christmas." We found a picture of Santa surrounded by woodland creatures (see his profile), and we thought it was a fitting name for our boy who came from the woods. The word "noel" also means a Christmas carol or song of joy, and we promise that Noel's life will be song of joy from now on.
Noel is calm, sweet and cat-friendly.
