Here is strapping boy Jesse. This beautiful boy was dumped on a highway in Istanbul. Why, we can’t begin to understand because he is a good boy, well behaved and playful. Whoever did this to him left him with a bag of bread, how thoughtful! It is a miracle Jesse was not hit by a car. He is safe for now, in a sanctuary where he waits for a loving home with a family who will cherish him for the rest of his life. Jesse is 1.5 – 2 years old, neutered and current on vaccines.
