Arriving soon from Istanbul, Turkey.  Mr. Happy is smart and acts more like a person than a dog.  It's obvious he was someone's pet at one time, because he is well trained and has perfect table manners (meaning he doesn't beg).  We don't know why someone gave him up, but we do know that some lucky family will soon be welcoming this wonderful boy into their home.
