This small wonder just arrived from Istanbul. His foster mom said she's simply amazed at what an easy dog he is despite all he's recently been through. She describes sweet Figaro as calm, friendly, attentive, quiet and housebroken. He's a true Turkish delight with his adorable expressions, and we affectionately refer to him as our little penguin!
