Just arrived from Istanbul, Turkey. Poor Copper had a home once, but his previous owner grew tired of him and dumped him at a copper mine. Some kind workers fed him scraps to keep him from starving, but he had no shelter and his bed was the cold hard dirt of the mine. When the workers found out that the mine would be closing, they were frantic to find someone to help Copper. Luckily, we were able to get him and Copper has finally made his way to the U.S. Copper is so sweet and is incredibly grateful to not have to fend for himself. Copper is a very good boy and is even cat-friendly!
