Just arrived from Istanbul, Turkey. Şura (pronounced Shura) showed off a big smile after she found out she was leaving the rural shelter. She's now safe and sound in the U.S. and we can't wait to find her the perfect forever family.
We named her Şura, from a Turkish TV series called "Kurt Seyit and Şura" which is based on a true story. It’s a Turkish romantic drama set in the chaos of WW1 and is available on Netflix. It’s an intense drama but we highly recommend you watch it! Now we have to find a handsome Kurt Seyit for our Şura.
