Arriving soon from Istanbul, Turkey.  Pavlov's life started badly as he was mistreated by his former owner.  Luckily, some kind animal advocates were able to convince Pavlov's owner to surrender him and they took him to the shelter, but Pavlov deserves a loving family and a soft bed, so we're hoping his sweet face appeals to someone in the U.S.  Despite the hard start to his life, Pavlov is a wonderful dog and is described as sweet, friendly, playful, energetic, affectionate, social, gentle, and easy-going.
