This poor boy was found hungry and alone, trying to survive in the ghettos of Istanbul. The streets are dangerous and are no place for a gentle boy like Alex, but luckily those days are far behind him and he'll soon know the joys of a full belly and the warmth, love and security of his forever family when he arrives in the U.S.
