Baby Chloe has just arrived from Istanbul, Turkey! Chloe is Louis' sister and their mama Chanel is a Golden, but their dad is unknown. Chloe is very petite and we're working to put some weight on her. Her foster mom calls her an angel and said she's got the sweetest personality. Chloe has so much love to give, and now that she's finally arrived in the U.S., she's ready to share her love with the perfect forever family.
