Arriving soon from Istanbul, Turkey. Baby George is the adorable brother to our sweet Daisy and Lilly, and son to Lara. Daisy, Lilly and Lara have all been adopted and have wonderful lives now. Originally we found Daisy and Lilly in a dumpster, and were able to track down their mother, who was living on a chain in the same area along with one more puppy. The man who owned them said the two female puppies were not growing properly, and he had no resources to get them care, so he discarded them in a dumpster. Thankfully, we were able to convince him to give their mother to us, but he refused to give up the boy puppy without money. It was a tough situation for us, as we would normally pay anything to save a puppy’s life, but we did not want to encourage him to breed dogs for money so we refused to pay him and left the poor baby boy behind. We closely watched and cared for Daisy and Lilly for months and there were no issues with their development…they thrived and grew much faster than expected to meet their growth chart with proper nutrition. After 4 long months, the man reached out to us and asked if we could take the male puppy because he realized he did not have the resources to take care of him any longer. That was great news for Baby George because we will find the best home for him! We named him Baby George and he is just as cute as his royal namesake, the oldest of William & Kate's children. Baby George is everything a young Golden should be...playful, happy and oh so sweet.
