Arriving soon from Istanbul, Turkey.  When KR first found Athas, he was living a lonely life chained to a dog house.  Our poor boy had no visitors or toys, and when our rescuers arrived, he was so overjoyed that he grabbed his food bowl and danced around with it in his mouth.  He was nothing but smiles on his freedom ride, so we named him Athas, which is Gaelic for joy.
